No man above 60 years will purposely marry a woman of 60 years even his family will resist it and look for a younger wife for him.
So I will advise this lady to look for a younger boyfriend for her mother ( if she doesn't have one already). Even there are men of late 40s and 50s that will gladly marry the old woman if she is presentable.

Do you know men are so selfish with our mothers, am sure if this lady has brothers they will be angry.
I never see an African man that wishes his mother remarried to another man, even if the father is dead.
