Questions: Can I still use the DS160 application payment to go for my interview since it's more than one year now?

I have a BSc in geology and MSc in petroleum geosciences but considering a career switch to IT. I am looking for schools that can accept non-computer science grads for Msc computer science or data science. Please any suggestion or advise will be appreciated.

Note: I have a fairly good knowledge of python programming language and completed Udacity Data Analyst Nano degree

After my first Visa denial in November last year, I didn't see such on my Cgi portal, that " your passport is still with the USA embassy".
But since Feb 2,2021 after my visa delay, I decided to log into my Cgi portal and saw "my passport is still with the USA embassy ".
Maybe because I unknowingly didn't obey the 120days window to resumption this caused my visa not to be issued despite being approved. This is my thinking, I don't know sha.

But please, what does it connote,because my passport was given back to me after interview ?

Sweet food na money kill am ... without money to fund a system you cannot sustain or achieve a good quality

And even if a US citizen wants to school in Nigeria ( for whatever reason) they would still pay for JAMB and other entrance exam things. ....Covid has made some waiver so you might be able to not pay some of this but adding full funding you might need to reduce the dream.lol

actually, this is possible, some schools are running no application fee till 15th of February while very few are doing it for the whole year self, Google schools with free application fee or application fee waivers, check the requirements for your course, not all courses require GRE and the better news is once your undergraduate degree was taught in English, your school or the evaluation organization used to evaluate your transcript (if any) can attach a letter that says your degree was taught in English.

Note: Nigeria is being removed from list of countries that need English Proficiency Test to secure admission lately, tho not all schools allow this yet.
