I am afraid to say that this a big threat to democracy in deed, it look as if we are heading to an intrim GOVT soon with the way PDP is going about things. It look as if they are nt sure of winning and this is a trick. Let me warn PDPD JEGA is a mistake in terms of riggining election he will definatley cancel the election if he smells rigging any where i bet you. Just be on the watch out and let see. One Nigeria and Peace to all.

one thing is clear here. jonathan ebere goodluck azikiwe in short form means JEGA and the one he choose for inec chairman is JEGA. so what nigeria is suffering from now is JEGAmania.
the two jegas are not telling us the truth.
there discussions on ground on how best to rig the election but jega1(inec chairman) is only concerned about the consequences especially the ways nigerians are reacting angrily over the things he has been doing.
i must say it here that they(pdp and the jegas) are still discussing terms and conditions and i will not be surprised if jega1 will wake up tomorrow to read out his resignation letter and tell us that he is resigning because of family preasure.
no matter what they do, we are carefully watching them and may 29th is the date. nigerians will be on the streets until jonathan hands over this poer because 12 yrs of pdp is a total waste.

In fairness, I want to commend JEGA as the most sincere of all the INEC Chairmen we've got since 1999.

Iwu was in this same strait in 2007, but decieved Nigerians to cover up lapses. Poll Result sheets were not available,
So, PDP CANDIDATES offers their exercise book pages for recording elections that are supposed to be a national document.
When, you got to tribunal, you saw how people who new nothing about a polling centre signs for what they know not.
The reason is simple, when those document came. Inec could not go to ward level to sign with party agents or relevant rep.
So, they give it to just someone to sign fictitious records and figures.

I do respect JEGA before, but his decision to postpone Saturday election makes me respect him more.
JEGA is going to write his name on gold. But Nigerians are too judgemental.
let us be patient. We should be more interested in credible election than just insisting on continuity when there's clear indication of an imminent fraud.

I wish JEGA the best of luck on his side.

JEGA and his crew had poor planning on this electoral processing. They need to be well oriented instead of spitting excuses on the national tv.

He said: "We have laid our hands on the plough to define a new Nigeria, we cannot look back now. Nothing good comes without some sacrifice. If this is the sacrifice needed from Nigerians to get it right and make history this time, we all must be ready to offer it."

Okogie praised Jega for taking responsibility for the inadequacy.

The truth is, unfettered criticisms won't get us anywhere. The man has already apologized and taken absolute responsibility for the lapse. Why don't we give him a chance?
