It's believe that the players are only helping you as a coach to interpret your tactics on the pitch.So if they failed,it means it's ur poor tactics that is failing them.As a teacher,you cannot teach a class of 100 students a particular subject for a term or a session n then set exams on dat subject for them.Then 95 students out of 100 failed the exams.You as a teacher cannot come n tell us that those students were so dull dats why there is mass failure.That is not an excusse at all under normal educational standard,you aught to be sacked for teaching the children practically nothing.
