Visit any of the secondhand cloth market in lagos and sound out a reliable dealer who's into good quality first grade UK wears (mens preferably). Have a deal with him to allow you be the first to select from a bale and offer him 1k per shirt. With 40k, you should be getting about 40 shirts. Start by selling with a small profit margin say #500 on each shirt. With good marketing, you should exhaust all 40 in a week and make a return to the market..
