Barcelona were in action against Granada FC last night in quarter final fixture of Copa del Rey. Barcelona started the match with a strong line up consisting of Ter Stegen, Araujo, Alba, Roberto, Umtiti, Busquets, Pedri, Frankie de Jong, Griezmann, Messi and Trincao.


Barcelona were on the verge of being eliminated from the cup as they were being beaten by Granada by 2 goals to nil as at the 87th minute. Special heroics from Antoinne Griezmann, Jordi Alba, Frankie de Jong and Lionel Messi help Barcelona secured a 5-3 win over Granada thus increase the Catalans' chances of winning silverware this season.


As Barcelona have now progressed into the semifinal, fans have continued to heap praise on Antoinne Griezmann, Lionel Messi and Jordi Alba for putting up a wonderful performance last night.



The French forward netted twice and also assisted Jordi Alba twice to secure a great comeback for his team. Lionel Messi also showed great impact in the game as he registered an assist while also creating chances. Read some of those comments below.
