Heard the Pastor had a program in Lagos he wanted to attend, he came 10mins to the wedding time, others Pastors has been and they were calling the couple, there was no response. The came 20mins after the pastor had decided to leave, instead of to beg for their lateness, they started causing trouble. The pastor then left.

Very good. Such wickedness! And, I hope they quit the church!!

It's not a good thing but it has a remedy. They are already married and should just go to registry to formalise it.
On the other hand, while do brides and grooms come late to church on their wedding day? 3 Saturdays, I was on duty in my church because of weddings, ALL of them came LATE, and ended paying fines, despite singing it into their ears, the last couple lateness was about 1 hour.
