You all didn't get it. He built on the girls papa land, and there was a small 3 rooms already existing in the girls compound and he renovated it and also built the duplex. Many may be right in their comments but in my own opinion ,I may assume it is the woman that bought the land while the man built for her, otherwise the man is foolishly foolish if he own both the land and the house, another reason is if all the documentation about the said property bear the woman name alone which if otherwise,the man is richly foolish. |
