The children belongs to the both of them and they will take part in their parental care.

Dude, child custody battles happen all over the world. The marriage has hit the rocks and both parties want to see their kids grow up within the confines of their home.
There is really no need to bash FFK, he might not be a great husband but we don't know if he is the best dad in the world. He definitely has the means to ensure his kids live a very glamorous life and ultimately its left for a judge to decide if they share custody or the mother takes full responsibility for these kids... its ok to not fancy FFK but let's also be objective in our conviction.

In igbo land you can return bride price even if the man does not want it. It happened to my friend, her family had to return the bride price to the major man that escorted her husband during the traditional marriage.
