How do you keep the spark alive if you are in a long distance relationship? How do you ensure that there is love, trust and respect for each other? Long distance relationships can be really tough. Communication in relationships is already challenging let alone when your add distance. However, Rachael Brunkhurst says “Distance doesn’t matter if you really love the person”

Although long distance relationships are hard, they are also incredible. It adds a new level of complexity. When someone means a lot you, somehow, distance has the ability to break your bonds, your trust and push you further away from each other not just physically but emotionally.

Here are the principles to keep a long distance relationship going:
