Yes, I know Biseni. They are historically Ogba people and by extension Ndokwa people. But are getting Ijawnized day by day.

The Igbo political class this era is the most useless I have ever seen. It is because no great Igbo leader have showed a model of how kins and the numbers can be harnessed to play a great role in national politics. If there was an example... Even with the number of the senatorial seats "Igbo speaking people areas hold outside of the SE can greatly influence the whole area and the people.
