I have noticed, that Yoruba's don't Brag just like you said.

You see my problem only started when Bigfrancis21 began to claim almost every aspect of Jamaican culture as IGBO. grin

They certainly made their mark, but they the Ashanti also did too; both linguistically and culturally.

Many Jamaicans today still look like Ghanaians

The reggae singer I OCTANE does in my opinion.

That is the guy's trademark, he could claim anything and eveything if you let him.

He once claimed a yoruba sub-group as one of thiers.

When people have nothing to be proud of, they resort to stealing from other cultures.

Jamaicans were mainly from Sierra Leone and Senegal. Gullah people. Learn about the Jamaican maroons.

The country that has had the largest cultural impact on them is Ethiopia via Haile Selassie.

Big Francis is obviously depressed and has no self esteem concerning his culture.

Pick a seat and nurse your feelings

SMH, here comes another Igbo talking sh*t about AA's and stereotyping them.

Let's wait and see how long it takes for your brothers to start blaming your comments on the Hausa and Yoruba.
Re: Nigerian (igbo) & African American by Nobody: 12:31pm On Sep 26, 2013
Yep. Igbos are ultimate losers, evil and have absolutely nothing to be proud of. There are no Igbo achievers in the universe. The most primitive people in Africa and the world are Igbo.

They deserved to be killed in the pogrom of 1966 and 100% are the cause of their deaths in the Biafran war.

Igbos are unnecessarily arrogant when they have nothing to be proud of. They are just good for ra.pes and mass killings, especially when they run their mouths.

They should shut up, smile and accept these facts humbly. Then everyone would like them.

The end. You all are winners.

After this victory, what next?

Oh yeah...real life calls and rent is due in 4 days. And that Igbo guy/chic next door stays winning. *Yawns.*
Re: Nigerian (igbo) & African American by ozoemeka(m): 12:36pm On Sep 26, 2013
You should learn to speak like a grown up.

How is it disrespectful if he feels she is not marriage material? He should conceal his thoughts to "PLEASE hER EARS" . Not the igbo way, a man should be direct and honest, why lead on a girl if you reall are not interested. See unlike the typical "AA" men (since you want to drag them into this EVEN though since I was born in Cali and I am part nigerian I wILL be considered "BLACK"...) the igbo man does not need to say yes just because "ya know, he gotta live with his baby mama tho cuz he can't get a crib fo now"

The igbo man is I-N-D-E-P-E-N-D-E-N-T (didn't Webby say that?). I don't like chocolate, doesn't mean I'm prejudiced to chocolate just means maybe I prefer other candy.

Unfortunately, hausas, yorubas, aa and the whole lot ALL seem to get DEEP IN YOUR FEELINGS whenever an Igbo boy does something. ALL THE TIME. I guess we are just that way too important that NOTHING ever done by an Igbo escapes the ever busy eyes of the rest of the lot.

It is ALWAYS - I told you he is igbo don't do business with him, he is too smart. he is like a jewish nigerian.
Oh, he's Igbo so he thinks he is all too handsome (MEANWHILE the mirror CLEARLY says so)
She's igbo and he's cocky (NO, she's igbo and she doesn't stand for BS)

Look around you, half of your so-called "AA" men are living SPERM samples of Igbo men. Tyler the creator, etc..

Don't hate us because we are beautiful.

Of course you should know the obvious Agbani darego, my uncle Oguchi Onyewu and the like

Amaechi Dominic Igwe

of course AA wanting to "CLAIM" him already published him as a "Black man who..." (like they did with Obama)

Fast fact:

Do you know that the person in the picture above is Dr. John O. Agwunobi, MD, MBA, MPH served as the 12th Assistant Secretary for Health (ASH) in the US. He also oversaw the US Public Health Service and its Commissioned Corps for the Secretary. He received his medical training at the University of Jos, where his father was a professor of medicine. His father trained as a medical doctor in Great Britain and then returned to his native Nigeria, so John Agwunobi was largely raised in Nigeria ("naija boy"wink .Prior to becoming the ASH, he served as Florida's Secretary of Health and State Health Officer, under Governor Jeb Bush, from October 2001 to September 2005. Dr. Agwunobi confronted many public health challenges during his tenure, including leading the state's public health and medical response to the unprecedented four major hurricanes that struck Florida in 2004. In addition, the day after being named Secretary, he led the Florida Department of Health in its response to the nation's first-ever anthrax attack. Before moving to Florida, he was Medical Director and Vice President of Medical Affairs and Patient Services at the Hospital for Sick Children, a Washington, DC-based pediatric rehabilitation hospital and community health care provider. He simultaneously served as medical director for an affiliated managed care plan, where he maintained a network of more than 2,300 physicians and specialists.
Agwunobi resigned as Assistant Secretary for Health to become Vice President for Professional Services at Wal Mart.

Kairoseki77:

Lol, you sound psychotic!

Once again, an Igbo says racist and prejudicial things about AA's and some fools are here blaming (me!). You have lost it mehn.

This ENTIRE thread was created because an Igbo was disrespecting an AA woman, saying that she is not marriage material, etc. You got out of that one by blaming it on the "jealousy" of the Hausa and Yoruba. Now you are here again trying the same bullchit.

Tell this Igbo that it is my fault that he thinks this way about AA's. LOL.

I bet you think this whole thread is "anti-Igbo" when it was obviously created because of problems that an IGBO caused. You need to grow into adults and take responsibility for your actions and beliefs.

It is this same weakness of spirit that causes you to enter another man's home, to cause problems, and then act SURPRISED when the host gets angry with you. A very bizarre mix of entitlement, insecurity, arrogance, and stupidity. The longer you psychotically blame others for your own misdeeds, the MORE people dislike you.

Keep lying to yourself. You'll end up right back in the victim position again.

kwame tut: SOUTH AFRICAN FILMS HAVE WON OSCARS NO Nollywood NONSENCE HAS WON THESE.

1. Because South Africans constantly KISS A$$$ . They lick the palms of white COLONIAL MASTERS and DO AS THEY ARE TOLD. So, of course their white messiah "blesses" them for being obedient servants. Hands them an oscar and promises to be good to them so long as they "act right" .

2. They were just RELEASED in 199X (what? 4? ) So they still have MASSA directing their movies

3. They TRY to make everything South African LOOK like a Western movie. How about do a movie that CONNECTS to their indigenous people? (KEYWORD HERE : CONNECT, not "about" )
