Eleme refinery don suffer, all the stories Ibe Kachukwu brought forward in 2016 that all the refinery will be rehabilitated and production will begin b4 2019 were all avenues to loot and plunder the resources of the nation and also pay their tithe to mr Integrity.
This is 2021 and we are approving new sum for rehabilitation that was said to have been done in 2016/2017. Buhari came to steal, kill and destroy the jungle!

Which is why privatizing NNPC and deregulating....meaning NNPC is no longer reliant on money from subsides .....would make NNPC work for its money and end sabotage there.

Mr Dangote signed a $3.3bn loan deal with local and foreign banks to build the refinery, as well as fertiliser and petrochemical plants.

The entire venture would cost $9bn, with $3bn in equity from Dangote Industries and $6bn to be raised in loan capital.

The initial loan facility was co-ordinated globally by Standard Chartered and in Nigeria by Guaranty Trust Bank, London's Financial Times newspaper reports.

Nigeria is a rent seeking milking system set up for the 1%. Privatization is useless. They still spend money on former NEPA/PHCN even after selling it to themselves. And your light bills are much higher. Same Infrastructure, bought with stolen money, lesser power generation, more expensive and subsidized by government (money goes to the so-called investors)

If its Dangote or Hausa, you'll see FG running helter-skelter skelter, even sabotaging industrial policies to put things to functional order, if it's national issues, you will never see that same energy which is a direct testament that the country is rigged to favor the North

A plan has been laid out to make it work, this also includes inviting the people/company whoi built them in the first place.

With great effort and determination we can make it work. This government has shown in the past what it takes to make things work
