Lol there's no official statement of Niger Republic saying they are going to build the rails. Just like there's no ofgicial statement saying they're not. Since they haven't confirmed it after any official meeting they not simple. Lastly Anaechi comments directly contradict Shehu's. He said Nigeria is building and financing the rail into Maradi so there's no need debate futher.
