Join us as we take a throwback on a very important sermon taught in Part 14 of the Word Encounter series.

Here are some questions that you need to ask yourself as you listen along:

Are you truly prepared for eternity?
Are there still certain characters in your life that will be a hindrance to your eternity in God's kingdom?
Are you letting doctrines borne out of the conspiracy of the devil fool you from the TRUE BELIEF AND WORSHIP OF GOD?

Open your heart to the calling of the Holy Spirit through this message. God bless you.

God's instructions SHOULDN'T BE applied on the basis of our emotions or perceived understanding

Our texts on part one of this topic "God is particular" focuses on the case of Moses and the resultant effect of his action. God always means what He says and will not change the mode or reduce His standards to accommodate aberrations in matters of worship and salvation.

Dear Friend the only language God accepts is one of "Faithful Obedience" to His Words.

Offering religious reasons (excuses) cannot justify an act of disobedience to God's Word - no matter how logical it may sound or appear.

Case in point: The rejection of King Saul.

God does not and will not accept any worship that sets His word and will aside. His commandments and principles are always clear when we submit to them, rather than trying to alter the meaning for our convenience.

Behold, to obey is better than sacrifice!

The real truth: God will never change His Word to fit into what Church Councils have declared - our only safety is to be faithful ONLY to the Word of God.

Do not become like Nadab, Abihu, Uzzah and others - making false assumptions about the laws and will of God and thus incurring his wrath upon themselves.

God means just what he says.

What situation are you going through today? Remain steadfast in your faith and God's presence will deliver you and give you peace.

When God made the Sabbath, He poured His presence into time and made it Holy

Yes, there is a difference between the days of the week. No other day was more expressly stated in the bible with an instruction of worship as the seventh day. God's presence is what makes a place/thing Holy.

Keeping the sabbath is an acknowledgement of God's creative and redemptive power (Isaiah 56:2; 58:13-14). He also sanctifies us with his presence as we make the day a delight!

Jesus, the LORD of the sabbath is calling you to enjoy the pleasure of a rest filled with God's presence.

"The greatest want of the world is the want of men—men who will not be bought or sold, men who in their inmost souls are true and honest, men who do not fear to call sin by its right name, men whose conscience is as true to duty as the needle to the pole, men who will stand for the right though the heavens fall" - Ellen G. White, Education p.57.3

What is the price for your integrity? Many have become blinded by fame, affluence and other luxuries of wealth/position of authority that they don't care about maintaining the virtue of integrity.

Those who allow selfishness to rule time will eventually amount to NOTHING.
But your case can be different today! Choose integrity over self-aggrandizing greed and lust for gains.

Joseph was a perfect example of "selfless service"; in spite of his situation or position, he was always ready to show compassion and profer solutions where he could. He did all these even when there was no reward in sight nor did he give up this attribute when those he had helped in the past forgot about him.

This is the attitude we must all emulate as Christians; God is calling us to MINISTER EVEN IN OBSCURITY! Do not be at your best only when there are people around you that will acknowledge and praise your works. Put on a positive attitude to duty at all times. Soon and very soon, you will receive the reward!

"I will prepare and my opportunity will come" - Abraham Lincoln

This was the same mindset that Daniel had even when he was relegated during the reign of Belshazzar - He never gave up on his worship and reverence for God as he was no longer in the spotlight; he persevered in his excellent spirit.

It is vain to think that you would show kindness and dutiful service when you attain a certain "big position" and as such become desperate and even exploitative to get there. God desires that you be your best even in the little place you find yourself - ministering even in obscurity and surely your light will rise out of obscurity!

Christ's admonition for us to walk away from evil and violence is very relevant to this day (Matthew 5:39 & 41).

We must leave vengeance for God and choose peace even when we are oppressed by people or government. Doing this does not make you weak, but it shows you have become transformed in the image of Christ to emulate his life and teachings!

Remember, while it may not be easy to "turn the other cheek" in the face of fierce opposition or persecution, but it is necessary that you maintain your dignity as a Christian to not associate in violent undertakings. Rely on the Spirit of God to give you the strength to walk away.

As you take inventory of your life this new year, looking back to how you have been doing; do you think you have utilized all the opportunities that God has brought your way? Have you made good use of the time, talents and treasures God has committed to you?

Do not be like the fig tree that was both unproductive and a hindrance to the growth of others. The intercessory ministry of Christ in the Holy of Holies is what has sustained us even when we live contrary to the will of God. But we must act now. We must pray the power of God to change our lives from within.

Dear Friend, are you among those people God has invested so much grace and privilege on, but still find themselves living a life of ungodliness and being unresponsive to the love of God? God is asking, what more could He do that He has not done? Why have you chosen to abuse His love and mercies for the lust of the world?

"What could have been done more to my vineyard, that I have not done in it? wherefore, when I looked that it should bring forth grapes, brought it forth wild grapes?" - Isaiah 5:4

10 Days of Prayer [2022]: Day Two - The Everlasting Gospel and Prayer.

Text: “Then I saw another angel flying in the midst of heaven, having the everlasting gospel to preach to those who dwell on the earth—to every nation, tribe, tongue, and people” – Revelation 14:6

We have a message of utmost importance designed especially for our time in the three angels' messages of Revelation 14:6-12. May God bless his word into your heart as you study and pray with us today. Amen.

Prayer Points/Promises to Claim
[1] God, give me an ever-growing appreciation for the gospel message. Give me the joy of salvation and transform my life so that when others see me, they can see the power of the gospel at work and be drawn to Jesus.

[2] Father, I desire a gospel experience with You so that I may share this good news with others in words and deeds. Use me to witness to my family, friends, co-workers, neighbors, and people in my sphere of influence.

[3] This world is coming to an end, and billions are in the dark. Jesus, please give me an opportunity this week to share the good news about Your offer of salvation with somebody else. Give me the tact and wisdom to witness to people of other nations, cultural backgrounds, and ethnicities. Thank You that You call every human being to believe in You.

[4] Ask God to grant wisdom for current challenges and decisions.

Do not be weary, this is a time of revival and power! God bless you.

Day Three: God's Mission and Prayer [Pt 1]
“But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth” – Acts 1:8

The book of Acts reveals the intimate relationship between a praying church and a spirit-filled witnessing church. The seemingly impossible task of reaching the world with the gospel is only possible through the power of the Holy Spirit! So, we must pray dear friend for the promise of the Holy Spirit!

Prayer Points/Promises to Claim
[1] God, I know that I am incapable and powerless when it comes to fulfilling the three angels’ mission You have given us. It is too big and humanly impossible. I thank You for the promise of Holy Spirit power. I recognize my great need for a daily baptism of the Spirit and trust in Your promise to empower those who put their trust in You.

[2] Jesus, I thank You for making me a witness of Your love, truth, and transformational power. Please give me the courage to share what You have done for me with those around me in these last days of Earth’s history. Give me ever more opportunities to witness for You and tell others how magnificent You are.

[3] Father, I recognize that my mission field begins at home and expands to my neighborhood, my community, my village and city, and to the whole world. Show me how I can join Your mission where I am today and how I can support the gospel work across the world.

[4] Take time to listen for God’s voice and respond in praise or song

May God bless you with answers to your prayers, amen.

“We give thanks to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, praying always for you, since we heard of your faith in Christ Jesus and of your love for all the saints; because of the hope which is laid up for you in heaven, of which you heard before in the word of the truth of the gospel, which has come to you, as it has also in all the world, and is bringing forth fruit, as it is also among you since the day you heard and knew the grace of God in truth” – Colossians 1:3-6.

The New Testament church exploded in growth. In answer to earnest, heartfelt prayer the Holy Spirit was poured out in mighty power. This is the same revival that we are praying for this season! A rapid growth in the body of Christ. Glory to God!

Prayer Points/Praying God's Word
[1] Lord, we confess that we have not spent enough time in prayer. So often we rely on our own wisdom and our own plans in all that we do. And when it comes to fulfilling Your mission, we do not seek Your guidance enough. Please forgive us. Help us to be a praying church and a church that relies on You for success and not on human ideas and plans. Convert our prayer life and bring revival to us.

[2] Lord, we realize that only the work accomplished with much prayer, and sanctified by the merit of Christ, will in the end prove to have been efficient for good. Please help us to make sincere and intense prayer a higher priority in all mission efforts and activities of our church, but also in our personal lives and families. Increase our faith in Your ability to fulfill Your promises to us.

[3] God of Love, You created us with an eternal capacity to grow in Your love. Thank You for pouring out Your love into our hearts so that we in turn may be enabled to love those around us.

Amen to all our Prayers! May God bless you and strengthen you with the Power of His Holy Spirit.

Glory to God! The past few days of this program has been blessed with much grace and power of the Holy Spirit. Join us again today on Day Six [10 Days of Prayer - 2022].

“Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ, just as He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before Him in love, having predestined us to adoption as sons by Jesus Christ to Himself, according to the good pleasure of His will.” – Ephesians 1:3-5.

The urgency of the judgment hour message leads us to a deep relationship with Christ. We long to honor His name and do nothing that would tarnish His reputation. We need not fear the judgment, for Christ is our Advocate, our Trial Attorney, and our Judge.

Praying God's Word
[1] God, we worship You. You are worthy of all honor and glory. You, the Majesty of Heaven, the Creator God, You the Eternal One—we are in awe of You. Nothing can contain You.

[2] God, it is marvelous to think that You desire to reveal Yourself, Your character of love, through me. Please fill me with Your Holy Spirit and bring forth the glory You deserve. Live in and through me and give me Your victory over sin. Empower me to live in harmony with Your will.

[3] Jesus, thank You for the judgment. Thank You that the judgment is for us and that You will restore justice to this universe. Thank You that You are our Advocate and Our High Priest and that Your righteousness provides us with the assurance we need to stand with heads lifted in joyful thankfulness to You. Remind us of the urgency of the times we are living in and help us to point as many people as we can to find their eternal redemption in You.

DAY EIGHT [10 DAYS OF PRAYER]: The Fall of Babylon and Prayer

The three angels’ messages of Revelation 14 are specifically designed to prepare a people for the coming of Jesus. They reveal the plans of God and unmask the plans of the devil. The second angel’s message gives this solemn warning: “Babylon is fallen, is fallen, that great city, because she has made all nations drink of the wine of the wrath of her fornication” (Revelation 14:cool. Just as ancient Babylon warred against God in rebellion against His commands, spiritual Babylon stands in rebellion against God. She passes around her “wine cup” of false doctrines to deceive millions.

Prayer Time
[1] Eternal Father, aside from Your Holy Word, there is nothing in this world that can be trusted to provide a firm and trustworthy foundation for life. Help us to build our lives by Your grace, through Your Spirit, upon Your Word alone.

[2] God, we are privileged to know You and to have an understanding of the truth through Your Word. We also recognize our responsibility because of that. Today we pray for the billions of people trapped in false religions. Help us to show them the truth about who You are and how much You love them and want them to come into the fullness of truth.

[3] Jesus, we acknowledge that at times we have been distracted by the numerous illusions and temptations of Satan. Sometimes we stop looking to You and instead focus on self and selfish experiences. Please forgive us. Deliver us from giving in to our carnal nature, and establish in us the victory that only You can provide

ou're welcome to the Ninth Day in the 10 Days of Prayer programme!
Topic: The Mark of the Beast and Prayer.

The third and last of the three angels’ messages is one of the most solemn warnings in the Bible. It is one that many people would like to ignore, yet it reveals life-changing spiritual truths that speak to our deepest needs and draw us closer to Jesus.

The first life-changing principle about this warning is that it comes from the heart of a loving God who wants more than anything else to save us in His kingdom. This is a divine message of warning so God’s people will not be caught off guard with the deceptions that are coming. Secondly, it has to do with worship.

LET US PRAY
[1] God, it gives us great comfort, that You have holy wrath toward sin, evil, and wickedness. Thank You that You desire to destroy sin forever and will reestablish perfect love, peace, and harmony in the universe one day. Thank You that You clearly showed us through Jesus that You do not want to condemn people but to save them.

[2] Jesus, it gives us great comfort to know that in the final judgment it will become evident that Your offer of grace and salvation was not disconnected from justice. Thank You that, as hard as it will be to witness the destruction of those who choose to cling to sin, everybody will confess that You have been fair, just, and gracious in all Your dealings

Dear Friends, God bless you for joining us daily in the study of the scriptures and praying God's Word! Welcome to Day Ten in the #10 Days of Prayer 2022.

The three angels’ messages have one prime purpose, one singular focus: to prepare a people for the coming of Jesus. These divinely inspired messages come to a climax in Revelation 14:12, when John explains the ultimate result of understanding and accepting Heaven’s end-time message. The apostle states that these messages will produce a people of whom it can be written, “Here is the patience of the saints; here are those who keep the commandments of God and the faith of Jesus” (Revelation 14:12). The word patience might be better translated endurance. By His grace, God’s people will endure the trials of the last days and come off conquerors. They will face the fury of the beast and not yield their conscientious convictions.

Let us Pray:
[1] Lord, we have waited for a long time for Your return. We also know that Your timing is never off and that You know what is best for us. Thank You that as the Holy Spirit dwells in us, He will produce patience and endurance in us. Show us how to best use the time we still have to honor You. When we face trials and tribulations, we will take comfort in knowing that You provide strength and divine patience.

[2] Your will, God, is love. Love for You and love for others. Love as revealed in the Word of God and in the life of Jesus. I rejoice in the fact that You are able and willing to transform our rebellious hearts into hearts that are in tune with the great law of love.

[3] I am amazed, God, by the faith and faithfulness that Jesus showed here on earth, especially while dying on the cross. Inasmuch as His trust in the Father was an example to us, He doesn’t leave it there but provides for all who believe the opportunities to develop that same quality of faith. Jesus, please mature our faith, every day a bit more. We surrender to You, our precious, faithful Savior.

God bless you! Stay tuned to our channel for more spirit-lifting messages and programmes.

" And we have known and believed the love that God hath to us. God is love..." - 1 John 4:16

Do you know about the love of God for you? A personal relationship with God is important for us to understand the extent of God's love for us. However, except we come to the knowledge that "God is love" we cannot have a relationship with Him.

Love is the greatest power in the world - and God is love! Hallelujah.

We must be open ONLY to the truth of God's word and not be swayed by the deceits of the devil that seeks to lure us out of the safety of God's people into a place of spiritual isolation where we can become easy preys.

The Bible encourages us not to forsake the "assembly of ourselves" and this instruction is more than a social function. Proverbs 27:17 says "Iron sharpeneth iron". Everyone who desires to grow in the spiritual might of God's word and power must not be found wandering away from God's own people.

Just as Christ was tempted and He overcame the devil by the knowledge of God's Word regarding worship, so must we arm ourselves with the consciousness of God's principles and stand firm in obedience irrespective of the traditions of men being masked as divine doctrine.

Satan in the quest to draw worship to himself tries to counterfeit the truth and presents falsehood as a substitute to true worship! Do not fall for this deceit. Obedience is better than sacrifice.

As a Christian, how can you efficiently manage anger? In a world of injustice and trials, what can you do to bring this destructive emotion into control? Being children of God, we have the power of Christ in us that can strengthen is such times when we are angry; we choose to embrace peace in our heart even when the other person shows to remorse. Thus, leaving the battle to God who is faithful and just.

The ultimate truth is this, "Forgiveness is the antidote for anger"! You may wonder how and why?

An obsession with one's self is the root of jealousy

A jealous person exhibits such terrible attributes as anger, resentment, envy and covetousness. These are things that should not be found in the life of a child of God who has been endowed with the gifts and fruits of the Holy Spirit.

The scripture offers a healing for this negative attribute, "Let nothing be done through strife or vainglory; but in lowliness of mind let each esteem other better than themselves." - Philippians 2:3. Contentment is key; be grateful for the things you have and do not let your heart be eaten out by covetousness for the things of others.

"And Jesus increased in wisdom and stature, and in favour with God and man" - Luke 2:52.
Join us as we take a look at the four dimensions of Christ's life and growth.

Part 1: Jesus increased in Wisdom.
Christ is our greatest example. He lived a victorious and balanced life. One of the things that made Him stand out even in younger years was the great wisdom he possessed! You too can have that great mental quality, as it is written "If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally..." - James 1:5.

"Take heed therefore unto yourselves, and to all the flock, over the which the Holy Ghost hath made you overseers, to feed the church of God, which he hath purchased with his own blood. Also of your own selves shall men arise, speaking perverse things, to draw away disciples after them." - Acts 20:28,30

These words echo to our times today. There have become many dissenters in the church today who have borrowed wrong impressions of the scripture to argue against the very truth of God's word expressly stated in the Bible - The Final Atonement and Investigative Judgement [Part 2]

From the records of Christ's life, we can easily see that He also lived in compliance with the health laws in the scripture (Leviticus 3:17, Proverbs 25:27, 23:2, Ecclesiastes 10:17, Leviticus 15:2-11, 13:46, Deuteronomy 23:12-13). The mind being the seat of spirituality, its effectiveness greatly depends also on our mental and physical health.

Christ's life is a model for us also who desire to live a balanced life void of the avoidable breakdown of health which will negatively impact our mental, spiritual and social life.

The virtue of truth is not very popular in our world today. Many people make up excuses for why they can bend their principles to fit into the needs of the world and forsake the needs of heaven from us as Children of God. Standing for the truth may not always be easy, but that is what God requires of us.

Remember, you are only as good as the trustworthiness of your words. Even God honours His word above His name because, the honour of His name depends on the truthfulness and fulfillment of His Word.
