There are many Christians today like the 10 Spies who came with greatly a exaggerated report of the overwhelming situation of the land they had gone to scout. The acknowledged that the land is great and blessed but kept on about the seemingly impossibility that abounds.

They had lost sight of the impossibilities that God had made possible in the times past! But Caleb arose, though in the minority, even when his declarations were unpopular, he told the people "WE ARE ABLE!"

Do you believe you can be able to overcome that challenge today?

This is the concluding part of the topic:
THE FINAL ATONEMENT AND THE INVESTIGATIVE JUDGEMENT.

This three-part series has given insights on the biblical facts and truth about the final atonement of Christ who is our heavenly high priest in the Sanctuary as well as dispel the wrong doctrines that may have already crept into some of the teachings in the Church today.

Every believer whose heart is set to seeking the truth will find this series as a very robust reference.

What's the mark Christians should have in view? The answer is presented in the text "...the high calling of God in Christ Jesus" - Philippians 3:14.

Our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ is the perfect example of the Christian life. Christ suffered even when he was without sin, yet he lived a live of victory over sin both in words, thoughts and in deeds.

Christianity is not a defeatist Religion!
All Christians should be victorious - even the weakest of Christ's believers should have victory over the devil and over sin. We are called into the victory just as Jesus Christ overcame the world of sin!

Have you resigned in declaring your faith? Have you become silent because of prosecution or rejection?
No! We are More than Conquerors!

Hello Beloved, welcome to the Moment of Power #110.

Topic: Power in Faith Declarations pt12
Subtopic: Give me this Mountain

"Hebron was the seat of the dreaded Anakim, whose formidable
appearance had so terrified the spies...This, above all others, was the place which Caleb, trusting in the strength of God, chose for his inheritance" - Patriarchs and Prophets p.511-512

Dear friend, what mountain of impossibility are you facing in your life? Have you become overcome by dread?

You too can be like Caleb! Join your faith in cooperation with the Power of God and you will surely overcome!

The Apostle Paul was honest, he didn't try to exalt himself as being untouchable. Yes, being a Christian is not always a bed of roses. There will be hard and trying times especially for those who will not compromise their faith.

But in all these, we have an assurance that though we may be cast down, we can not be destroyed (2 Corinthians 4:8-9)! We have a better promise in Christ Jesus! Amen.

King Jehoshaphat trusted in God rather than the armies of flesh and this act of faith built up his confidence for victory (2 Chronicles 20:20 - "...Believe in the Lord your God, so shall ye be established"wink. Indeed God took charge of the battle and gave him victory over the enemy, without him lifting the sword!

Dear friend, are you in such a situation? Have you become beset by the situations around you that you have become consumed by fear? Trust and believe in God today, and you will prosper (be victorious).

Balaam declared a desire to "die the death of the righteous"; however this was before he went ahead with the action against the instructions of God.

Philippians 1:21 gives a good context for what the "death of the righteous" means - "For me to live is Christ, and to die is gain"! Yes, the death of the righteous is a gain to the righteous man who lived his life in faith and submission to the will of God as well as a gain to the Kingdom of God!

Are you living a a life of righteousness? Will your death be a gain to heaven when the time comes?

The children of Israel had professed their obedience to the covenant of God, but the action that followed showed it may have just been lip service! They fell back to the sin which the covenant sought to take them out of.

What was the cause of this? We are now in a new covenant? How many of us are like the children of Israel in Mount Sinai, declaring service by our mouth but our action betrays our profession?

The secret to victory and a life of obedience to the laws of God and his new covenant, is to rely fully on his strength for "we can do all things through Christ that strengthens us".

The prophet was lamenting about the abnormalities of how good people are having a hard time following the path of light as they are easily perished out of the earth by the evil ones (Micah 7:2).

In verse 8 of Micah 7, he declared his faith "...when I fall, I shall arise; when I sit in darkness, the Lord shall be a light unto me". This is the portion of all those who remain steadfast in righteous living!

When you fall, God will raise you up, and even when you are surrounded by the darkness that has consumed the world, God will be a light for you!

The woman with the issue of blood had heard about the great works and miracles of mercies that Christ had wrought among the people. Though she was weak in her body, her faith was great. She believed that all she needs to do for her healing was to touch his garment!

Interestingly, there were many among the curious crowd who had been pressing about Jesus, yet they were not imparted with any power. But the woman who had touched Christ by faith received the power of healing!

Dear friend, what is your attitude towards spiritual things? Have you exercised your faith to receive the power or are you just following Christ out of curiosity?

In the heat of the famine, Elisha had prophesied that there will be an abundance of food just the next day! This sounded as the most outrageous declaration that was a mockery to the present realities they were in - But this was indeed a FAITH DECLARATION by the Prophet!

Dear Friend, what situation are you in that makes it hard to believe and proclaim your faith in God who is able to do exceedingly and abundantly above all that you can ask of? Cast all your cares upon the Lord!

The four lepers in 2 Kings 7:3-4, took a very bold decision - they could go into the city and die of starvation, or go to the army of Syria and face the possibility of death by the sword. They chose the later and braved their way to the camp of the Syrians. Behold, something powerful happened! The camp had been abandoned and there was an abundance!

Are you in a situation that has yoked you to harsh conditions of life? Take a step of faith forward and God will most assuredly go ahead of you to make way for you. Do not let your situations define you, but let your faith define the outcome!

Through the captive girl from Israel who waited on Naaman's wife, Naaman found his way to prophet Elisha who instructed him on what to do. Although this seemingly "too simple" instruction met resistance by the General, he eventually did as he was told and he got his deliverance.

There are many of us today who have shrugged off the simple instructions that could bring restoration to our health and bodies because it doesn't seem to appeal to us, why not take a bow of humility and see yourself recover!

Using the bible as a guide, will explore and understand the many features that can help us identify the antichrist in the world today!

While there are many doctrines out there that seek to distort the truth, remember, only the bible can be trusted to interpret the words in it and not personal opinions or established institutions.

Like Martha in the Luke 10, there are many Christians today who worry about the mundane things, they do not take to heart the great importance of the spiritual aspect of their faith.

Like Mary, we must choose the better part in seeking to know and understand the mysteries of the Kingdom of Grace and Glory. There is a necessity for us as Christians to spend time with the Word of God and in Prayer, taking time to study the end time prophecies that can help us discern the deception of the last days.

Our Lord Jesus Christ predicted the horrors and persecution that will come upon true believers who will insist on the truth and never to compromise their faith. He even put it forth that many among the faith (church) will rise upon against their brethren out of fear for their lives or for personal gain.

But in all these Christ advised us to have "enduring patience" to stand firm in our faith and in doing so shall we be saved. Remember, our hope is built on Jesus', so we should not be afraid of those that can destroy only the body and NOT THE SOUL. Stay steadfast Friend!

In Philippians 4:11, Apostle Paul wrote "...for I have learned, in whatsoever state I am, therewith to be content" and went on further in verse 13; "I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me".

Does this mean that we should settle for mediocre and not aspire for wealth/greatness? NO! Rather, we are admonished to choose "godliness in contentment" even while seeking to achieve our heart's desire so as not to be consumed by greed.

"...that if any would not work, neither should he eat."
Just like in the church of Thessalonica, there is this misconception among many believers today who seem to denigrate the "dignity" that abounds in labour (work). They take extreme views of certain texts, and state that wholly relying on the spiritual things and expecting favours from God and man is all that matters on earth.

While God is merciful and able to provide for all our needs, He does not support idleness and slothfulness! There is dignity in labour!

The word "Perseverance is defined as "persistence in doing something despite difficulty or delay in achieving success". Many of us give up easily when it seems our patience and expectations are not forthcoming, whether it is in breaking an addiction, overcoming a sinful nature or even victory over difficulties.

But we ought to persevere and this is because our perseverance shows where "our heart is". Whether in total trust in the grace and power of God, or the lack of it.

The antichrist is a huge topic in the Bible, often clouded in mystery because many believers, even pastors/Christian leaders are careful about exposing the truth based on the interpretations of the Bible out of fear of of going against popular perspective.

Darkness (falsehood) abounds where the truth (light) is rejected! Using the Bible as our guide and interpretation, join us as we explore more identifying marks/qualities of the antichrist
