We also find great champions of faith in the scripture, such as Abel, Job, Sarah, Abraham, Joseph, Daniel, Paul and a whole lot more - these were great believers who excelled in their service to God and serve as a motivation for us today.

Dear friend, do not feel let down by the situations around you. Let your heart be inspired by the great testimonies of the cloud of witnesses we have and stay strong in faith.

To many people today, their idea of faith is by being present in church, or proclaiming their status as Christians. However, most of these individuals do not truly exhibit the virtues of faith which is "obedience".

The work of faith is in complete submission to the will and commandments of God. You cannot say you have genuine faith when you do not genuinely submit to the things of God. Abraham is a wonderful example for us.
