Hon. Promise Reginald, Councilor Elect of Ward 2, Omuma LGA in Rivers State, surprised his wife, Mrs. Chii Iroegbu Reginald with a brand new Toyota Syder as she clocked 30 years, Niger Delta Insider reports

According to him, he met when she was 19 years old and for 11 years they have been creating sweet memories together. That she deserve even more than the car for standing by him
