Ajilenu: They just upgrading to better spec phone. Same brand. There is a redmi note 10 with me that am hoping i can upgrade to the pro with someone else soon... So u get now? |
Re: The Exodus Of XIAOMI Users In NAIRALAND by Ajilenu: 5:38pm On Jun 11, 2021 |
princetom1:sometimes it's not all that sell to upgrade to the same brand o. Even Tecno users sell to upgrade to a higher model of same brand. |
Re: The Exodus Of XIAOMI Users In NAIRALAND by princetom1(m): 5:44pm On Jun 11, 2021 |
Ajilenu: Majority sell to upgrade, some sell to even solve issues... So, the transsion marketers should never in their mind think someone using miui will go backward to transsion. I used to be transsion user but after using xiaomi brand... Lord, nothing can make me go back, ever... They miles apart. One is a global brand, 3rd largest phone phone brand in the world, after Samsung and apple, while the other is a local champion... The one u get addicted to with lies, until u try something better 2 Likes |

That a brand decides to create a niche for themselves in a place, doesn't make themical champions. A brand with presence in over 15 countries can't be discribed as local champion. princetom1: |

princetom1:I got the Note 10 too. I remembered Peculiar telling me to get the NOTE 10 PRO instead. I declined thinking the difference is only the camera. O would have enjoyed a better camera, processor and a higher refresh rate. It is not as if I can't afford it o. If not for the stress of transferring my files, I would have upgraded to the RN10 PRO. |
Re: The Exodus Of XIAOMI Users In NAIRALAND by aezenkwu(m): 11:30am On Jun 14, 2021 |
OP is a transsion marketer please We sell to upgrade, then to the latest one. Imagine when 10pro was launched a lot of people sold out their old phones and upgraded to 10pro. It's not as if they sell to buy iPhone or Samsung oh but same phone. |

My redmi 7 has been running for two years strong and I hope to upgrade to a redmi note 10s soon this month. Then I'll sell my old one. That's just the way things go when you're using xiaomi, you sell your old xiaomi to buy a new xiaomi 1 Like |

I bought my phone a year ago, Redmi 8A which was the entry level phone and had the lowest specs of the Redmi 8 generation. It still works perfectly well up until today, the battery is still as strong as it was when it was new and I have no problems with it. The phones I've seen that are being sold are mostly of a higher range and of better quality than my own. If I don't have a problem with my phone which is the lowest quality in its lineup, then I can assure you that, those guys that are selling aren't doing so because their phones are defective or faulty. 2 Likes |
