Anyway, the Federal Govt. is no way hindering freedom of speech...We still have Facebook, Nairaland, Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram, crowwe etc..

FG only banned one platform where irresponsible speech capable of wrecking havoc to the corporate existence Nigeria is permitted and that is Twitter...

Stupid people. Saying that President Biden said this and said that as if he is the president of the whole world. Yes, the constitution provided for freedom of speech, but not freedom of madness and freedom to promote terrorism in Nigeria.

Yes, US won't accept that. But the same US would have voluntarily ended SARS after seeing the mayhem they are causing without requiring such a nationwide protest.

Even uf they don't end it, they wouldn't have waited for the protest to go that far without taking action. Tell me, are u not happy with the reduction in SARS/POLICE killings before the recent unknown gun men wahala?

Pls let's tell ourselves the truth for once. Not lie because we are benefiting from the existing government.

That's the opinion of the United States. When about 15 states in the US passed bills that restricted the voting rights of people into law, no country said anything about it, despite the brazen assault on democracy.

To those jumping up and down about this message from the US Embassy, please know that Nigeria is a sovereign nation just like the US. This statement won't move any dial.

So where is the freedom of speech when the same Jack and his Twitter deleted the president comment? America and Twitter should go to hell. We saw how the same Jack and his Twitter deleted lot of comments that encouraged the destruction of the Capitol Hill. Hilary Clinton even called them domestic terrorists. Twitter cannot be more important than Nigeria. Our National Security Should Come First and not the interest of that yeye app. Nigeria has opened the door for other countries on how to did with Tyrant Jack and his Twitter.
