Yes cut off mark is very important because it kills the cancer of mediocrity and rewards hard work. The billionaires are not the problem in fact they are a blessing to any country. We have billionaires everywhere in Nigeria that buy properties abroad so it’s not the argument.

1- Those calling for Biafra are stark illiterates who have no idea how a country works.
