Coming from a president, it could incite violence against a particular group. It's the same language that got Trump banned.
It broke twitter rules about inciting violence, more so when it's done by a highly-visible politician.


If Buhari wants to make such statements, he should not sign up to a service whose terms he agreed to. He is welcome to tell people his thoughts on NTA.
