They'll only trick with juicy salary scale, but in the real sense, they don't pay e.g. Heirs Life Assurance.

I will advice u to go for commission instead of salary.. salary will give u target which u must meet up.

Insurance company like Aiiko, Arm, alliance, comerstone will give u 40k to start.. but MUTUAL BENEFITS, Leadway pay on commission. One business in insurance can change ur story for life... Expecially if u work with those insurance that do life and non life business. I have seen someone that wants over 400M commission on vessel insurance. I think MUTUAL BENEFITS..


Just that Working in insurance is good cos u don't have limit of what u can earn. but its stressful.

It basically dependent on your job description, if you're a marketer be rest assured you're only getting commission but not in all cases. Some do pay statutory salaries.

Some pay (transport) allowance then the rest is largely on commission. However, there are some insurance companies that don't pay any form of allowance . It is strictly commission based. But na suffer head job if you dont have connections or people that would give u businesses. But if you get them sky is the limit for you. It becomes a very easy job. But e no easy. All my shoes file finish from trekking.

The pay by only commissions although their are some allowances you're entitled to when you get to a particular position, my mum is a manager in an insurance company that's why I know.
The commission isn't a problem, I don't know about other insurance companies but leadway pays extremely well.
