The question we are concerned with is that the certificate you submitted is alleged to be fake.

It doesn't matter whether a certificate is required or not. As far as you submit a fake certificate, it is a crime.

What the hell are the counts in court for 3years? Was that not part of the counts in court? Was certificate forgery not part of the counts? If not then, I know we are not serious as a nation.

Kemi Adeosun thinks we are all fools. Her lawyers went to court to ask for determination of questions that is already certain when the real question is whether or not she presented a forged Nysc discharge certificate (which she didn't need to have presented from onset.

Also if she decide not to take any prominent position again.

Diezeani has her own case with Efcc. Kemi should honourably rest in peace (not death) wherever she is, because if she tries the power that removed her, she will know that forgery of certificate is a criminal offence with sentence. She should remember that no one forced her to present her NYSC certificate, the maximum requirement is WASCE certificate...

Her certificate was not fake only she doesn't undergo NYSC due to she study abroad

The only problem with Kemi Adeosun is that she forged the NYSC Exempt Certificate she presented for her appointment as Ogun State Commissioner and Minister of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

The judgment only favours Bar Adebayo Shittu who did not forge NYSC exempt certificate.
