The Difference Between The Words That Came Out Of God's Mouth From That Of Men

The difference as clearly depicted by some instances in the Bible is that the Words which come out of the mouth of men regardless whether they be true prophets or apostles, could yet contain some error but never that which emanates from the mouth of God.

That's perhaps because they are humans and it's human to err but not God because God is a Spirit. Therefore God never makes a mistake, and that also applies to every Word that comes out of the mouth of God.

Hence when Samuel a true prophet of God saw Eliab and said, "surely the Lord's anointed is before Him", it was an error despite that it emanated from a true prophet's mouth, because the Word that emanated out of God's mouth was that Eliab wasn't His anointed but rejected one, because He had rejected Him. 1 Samuel 16:6-7.

In that very instance, the difference between words that emanate from God's mouth and that of man, be it a true prophet of God was illustrated.

Peter was a true apostle of Christ, yet Peter said, "be it far from from thee" after Jesus spoke of His suffering, and it was an error despite that it emanated out of the mouth of a true apostle of Christ, because the Words that emanated out of the mouth of Jesus in response to Peter was "Get thee behind me, Satan", because it was not going to be far from Him as Peter had said, but according to His own Words that He was going to suffer, and be killed and be raised again the third day. Matthew 16:22-23

Hence the Word that emanated out of the mouth of God was distinguished from that which came out of a man, despite that he was a true apostle of Christ.

It's because of this difference that makes me highlight any Word that emanated from the mouth of God in red ink to distinguish it from those which came out of the mouth of men, because men, even true prophets and apostles as proven by the above instances in the Bible, can make mistakes but not God. Hence every Word which comes out of the mouth of God ought to take preeminence over that which emanates out of the mouths of men even though they be true prophets or apostles.

I believe this is the reason it was said, "Man shall not live by bread alone but by every word which proceeds out of the mouth of God does man live." Deuteronomy 8:3, Matthew 4:4

Therefore it wasn't a mistake but very deliberate, that it specifically spoke about the Words that emanate from the mouth God, because there's a difference between words that emanate from the mouth of God to that of men.

The key thing is that the life of man was tied to every Word that emanated out of the mouth of God, not men even though they be true prophet and apostles of God, because a word can come out of the mouth of a true prophet or an apostle that's not of God but an error as shown by instances in the Bible given above. So if a man chooses to live by it, even though it emanated from the mouth of a true prophet or apostle, because it is an error and not of God, instead of the word giving the man who lives by it life, it would give him death.

This is the reason many Christians are perishing today despite that they claim to be living by worda in the Bible which they believe to be God's Word, because they are not living by every Word that comes out of the mouth of God which man ought to live by, but by those which emanated from the mouth of men, which profits nothing but death since they are of the flesh and not of the Spirit which God is.

That's why I try as much as possible to distinguish the Word which comes out of the mouth of God from those of men, to show this difference, but because they would rather believe words of men which appeases their flesh than that of the Spirit which gives live, they'd despise the Words which emanated from the mouth of God because of the words that came out of the mouth of men.

And this is what most of those who preach the Antichrist gospel of grace which has sent many Christians to hell do. Even though they clearly see words that literally emanated from the mouth of God, they would use that which came out of the mouth of an apostle to overrule that of God.

For instance, when they see the Word which came out of the mouth of God concerning Job to the devil, concerning him being perfect and upright, they would despise it because a true apostle said "all have sinned."

If they see the Word that emanated out of the mouth of God that man can be saved by His works of righteousness, they overrule it with the saying of an apostle that man is saved by grace not by works.

If they see the Word that emanated out of God's mouth to justify Abraham because Abraham obeyed His Word, like in the instance of offering Isaac as a sacrifice, they would overrule it because an apostle said Abraham was justified by faith.

They do that because they place the word of the flesh which comes out of the mouth of men over that of the Spirit which comes from the mouth of God, because they are ruled by the the flesh, not the Spirit of God.

But the Truth is the words of the flesh which comes from men profits nothing but death, it's only that of the Spirit which comes out of the mouth of God that gives life to man, hence man ought to live by every Word which comes out of the mouth of God.

So anyone who despises the Word that emanates from the mouth of God because of that which comes from any man, be it a true apostle or prophet, should get ready to perish, because except it be the Words which emanates from the mouth of God that a true apostle or prophet preaches, it cannot save any man. It's only that which comes out of the mouth of God that any man can live by.

God bless.
