can somebody take me through the steps in moving on after a break up with someone so dear to the heart? how do you get over your ex?

It's not goin to be easy, it'll take time but you'll get over it if you do these things.

Accept that person is gone
Keep yourself busy with what you enjoy . . and be productive . .dont quit in the middle.
Go out and mingle

The dead are dead - you cant see them and there's no chance for them to come back.

You will still see the ex most likely . . and you may harbor the little change that there may be a comeback.

getting over an ex is difficult but however if you have to move on then you must get over your hurt
1 accept that the person is gone and he/ she is not coming back
2 try to change your thoughts
3 always get busy with something,
4 try as much as possible to avoid staying alone cos it will make you think of your ex the more
5 think of it as the person who hurt you might just be somewhere having fun so why should you think about him/her
6 always be positive don't close your heart to love again kiss
