I doubt if he would be extradited, even if he would he would be escorted by senior police men and a top lawyer not to divulge critical state information.

As the head of police intelligence he has access to critical information. Last last I think he may end up behind Nigerian bars. FBI never knocks at your door without solid evidence. The guy is going. This the beginning of the end of his Career.
