Abba kyari is in hot soup, when this news first broke out,his first action was denial n mockery before more damning evidence we're made public, from the transcript of his WhatsApp chat with hushouppi it's certainly clear Abba kyari knew fraudulent activity was involved,but perhaps pride n greed got the better of him n he failed to stop,there are other complaints against him bordering on corruption that are sure to be unearthed, except for the usual Nigerian magical abracadabra kyari is going to get friend n he can only blame himself.

Btw, he’s not the first person that America will request us to extradite. They requested for Kashamu Buruji and Allen Onyema in recent years and we did not hand them over to them. So, why should we compromise our national security by handing over Kyari simply because he collected bribe from another Nigerian fraudster? Will he even get a fair hearing in the US?

He should be dismissed and tried in Nigeria instead if internal investigation reveals that he’s guilty.

Is Abba Kyari bigger, richer or more important than Manuel Noriega; the former president of Panama who was extradited to the US to face drug charges and sentenced ?

The fact that the police didn't suspend him immediately shows their dithering has a lot of interpretations: complicity, defensiveness, cover-up, tribal sentiments, sectional consideration, and institutional -interest protection.
If the police force could be involved in such a messy and nationally embarrassing saga, engendered by a fantastically corrupt cop- that's what Kyari is-then, one shouldn't stretch one's imagination too far to see why Nigeria has become a state of anomie it has become.
