Don't tell me you turned it down oh , i called the embassy two days back and the lady that picked wasn't nice at all and said i'v to just wait till I hear from them. I avoided SA because of this same delay issue.

Visit any Government health center near you. I took mine at a maternity at my area, they will even beg you to come for the second dose.

Two people I knew who submitted on the 17th of August got their visas today and they are first timers but they have traveling history.

... Did your friend use traveling agent and is it his/her first time... Or does he/she have travel experience
