Rozcol:You delegate some of your wifely duties to housemaids and you think the devil will not be watching? You are on your own o, you better do away with that mindset now you have the chance, at least I have given you my own piece of advice, you can do with it whatever you wish. |

Re: This Breakfast I Gave My Husband by mdntiri(m): 9:26pm On Aug 09, 2021 |
servicom101: There's Kasoa, Teshie, Nungua, Ashaiman, Ashongman, Tema. Kumasi is also busy and is cheaper than Accra. Takoradi has about a million people, has some busyness but can be expensive especially food. Tamale is cheap, is a fast growing city 1 Like |

BRATISLAVA: Well I'm glad I could be of some help. We're all here to learn. I don't how the momonis are done. I'm only familiar with the nonfermented koobi. But I'm sure the momoni-making process'd just be an "upgrade" of the koobi- making process. Special fishes are used for these stuff because they make the best koobi, momoni etc. There's a 3rd one called kako which is usually salted shark meat. Most of the kako are brought in from Senegal, and Ghanaians are some of the biggest consumers of these stuff. Ghana, Nigeria are in West Africa so we'd have lots of similar stuff BUT I've realized there're more DIFFERENCES between us than similarities, but I won't go into that. We ferment cocoa, locust bean, kenkey, banku, etc, I don't know about meat. |

mdntiri: That kako sounds promising. Wish you could tell more about fermented foods and spicing habits. From what you've said so far, there are a lot of similarities. I understand where you may differ, in your mindsets to things. It has been good hearing about these foods from you. I look forward to trying them out some day. |

I believe the meal can be given a chance. The OP should work on the presentation of the food. And perhaps next time you can post the recipe of the food so that you can earn trust. I salute your efforts. My best wishes to your husband |
