Empyema Thoracis could be solved by a Drainage through a CTTD or simply called chest tube insertion or by Open Thoracotomy . Which facility is handling you in town . This is the domain of the Cardiothoracic surgeons . I know some guys in Ilorin who can handle it .

Good evening sir, please don't go for the surgery at least for the main time, I will recommend you get this plant; phyllanthus Niruri, or P. Amarus. Their popular name is called stone breaker, while Yoruba people calls it Eyin Olobe.
After getting enough of this plant, boil it with handful of garlic, ginger and red onions. Then take a glass cup morning and night for at least 7 days. Remember to warm it whenever you want to take it.

bro please go to any big pharmacy in town and ask for pneumonia drugs. Its about 5k.
I was also diagnosed with segmental pneumonia over 3 years ago at a general hospital. I also have all this symptoms. I didn't do any surgery. only drugs were prescribed.
I had a relapse 6 months later and thankfully I still kept the carton for of the drugs, I just went back to the pharmacy and bought them again. I didn't feel it for over 3 years now
