Saudi Arabia will only end up recruiting intelligent ones.

The dumb ones will still be left behind to continue killing Nigerians.

BRAIN DRAIN TO NIGERIA.

But you can not blame Nigeria doctor and nurses, pharmacist, dentist, laboratory scientist, midwives, optician etc

They have to go overseas to offer their services especially now that the federal government is insensitive to their demand.

MOST OF THESE DOCTORS WERE ON GROUND DURING THE HEIGHT OF THE COVID 19 PANDEMIC.

But the Nigeria government do not know how to value their trained specialist.

Let them go and offer their services to the Saudi.

Others will move to Afghanistan, etc

Saudi Arabian law gives employers tremendous power over their foreign workers, placing significant restrictions on workers' freedom of movement, while offering almost no avenues of redress for abuses. Foreign workers must be sponsored by a Saudi national, and once in Saudi Arabia the worker must have written authorization from the sponsor to leave the country, travel outside the city of his or her employment, change jobs, or rent an apartment. In many cases employers confiscate workers' passports, leaving them subject to possible arrest and deportation as undocumented aliens.

Pure propaganda! Saudi has been recruiting Nigerian doctors and nurses before Adam met Eve self lol. They do this always - nearly every 3 months and in the same Sheraton Hotel so this isn't the first time.
They have not recruited for a long time since covid..

Things like this is why we have proliferation of untrained quacks masquerading as doctors, setting up clinics in Surulere and killing poor Nigerian citizens with evil diagnosis and lethal injections.

May God save Nigeria.

grin grin na today. Even ARAMCO hires Nigerian Engineers the same way we hire Filipino Teachers . It's no big deal and perhaps many of them will learn a thing or the other about the grass is always greener on the other side. When they get there, they will learn that hospital administration is not the exclusive preserve of doctors and there are professionals who do that.
God bless them and bless Nigeria.

Okay.

Saudi Arabia is govern by Shariah Law

Several doctors in Nigeria will apply, in fact several Nigerian doctors are now practicing in Saudi Arabia.

70% of Nigerian doctors are Christians, but they will also apply.

This implies that Christians hate Muslims but they love Arab money.

Somebody must be mad somewhere.

Read about professional hospital managers here as we used to have in Nigeria, not the mediocre system introduced in 1987 by Late Prof. Ransome-Kuti that we are now struggling to correct here in Nigeria.

Nigeria is one of the most clueless Nations of the world! Nigeria trains these guys and they are comfortable with Saudi Arabia coming to recruit not even Junior Doctors, but the consultants!, if there is a dearth of Consultants, who then trains the resident doctors, house officers and medical students?

Some might be of the opinion that there are still a lot of medical students in colleges of medicine across the country that would join the workforce. That opinion is myopic and beyond fallacious.

Even Medical students from their very first year are planning to leave Nigeria. Some Medical Students are already Writing USMLE step 1 in Medical School and upon graduation(amongst other different exams for different countries) and Nigeria does not know there is fire on the Mountain.

It is unfortunate that the Rich wouldn't be at the receiving end of the aftermath, it would still be the poor man who is everyday struggling to make ends meet.

The poor man that is going to be the recipient is the man supporting his oppressors.

We are talking about saudi and leadership in healthsector. You can see it yourself. Devil is a liar.
What are duties of director of administration in hospital? What about director of finance?

I am referring to how things are done there and even here before things changed. That you must be a hospital manager to run a hospital, regardless of your degree. It's a specialty in management. Running a clinic is different from running a full fledged hospital and they will learn what obtained overseas. As we type here, most of the senior doctors in Nigeria are in one political office or the other inside and outside the hospital when they should be more preoccupied with training and practice and mentoring young doctors instead wasting their time mostly on non-clinical admin works they have no training and professional license for. Did Nigeria spend those billions to train them to move and sign files, negotiate with diesel sellers , hold endless trade union meetings etc.?

Do you mean ceo of engineering firms should be just administrators?
Graduate of political science should be politicians.
In saudi ceo of their hospitals are doctors.
In nigeria, there are hospital managers or director of administration. What are their duties?
See this. Doctors are best hospital ceo.

Please , go and read more to understand my point. Your attempt to compare it to Engineering is even worse because you don't need an Engineering license to lead an Engineering company and no professional license is required to lead Engineering companies. Don't confuse Engineering companies with Engineering firms, they are different, to lead an Engineering firm you need to be an Engineer because the registration is tied to your license , it's like comparing hospitals to clinics.
