Nonsense story and excuses.
Worked in that establishment for over six years.
There is no perimeter fence and no CCTV camera in that place.
CCTV cameras are only inside the headquarters building.

We urge the soldiers to remain calm and law abiding and go about their legitimate duty without fear of molestation as normalcy will be restored at the affected areas we the civilians are on top of the matter to bring the perpetrators to book
