OP @Breeze111 violence is not the right way to go. You could seriously hurt that man, he’s not your age, and your mom may not forgive you because that’s her husband also despite what he did.

I suggest you stand by and support your mom, apologize to your father for the way you handled it, and get some help for anger management so you can be a better person than him as you desire.
