When we were complaining about the northernization of positions in Nigeria, some people said it does not matter.

How can you give a position to the very backward and expect progress?

Where is it heard of that a professional and essential service organization like the police is encouraging its members to marry each other?
How?
A organization that should uphold the highest standards of professionalism.

The security ramifications are obvious.
