Men the way Nigerians think is shocking.

Why should we go to another country for second hand cars when we can create a condusive environment for our local assemble made brand.

Some times I just feel africans are never destined to lead but rather to be suppressed and put on leash given instructions from generation to generation.

The particular perosn you quoted doesn't think, he only regurgitates talking points to make himself look and sound intelligent

So that is how you see it? grin Is that all? Boosting trade with China... By making Nigeia their dumping ground? Then Nigerian economy will be in jeopardy and therby strengthens the Chinese economy.

This idea should be completely rejected
Our country will always be a dumping ground. Nigerians in Nigeria doesn't have the mental capacity to be productive and innovative. Give Chinese the chance to give us 21 century technologies.

China is indirectly seeking to knock $ out as global currency. Imagine their banks in Aba and Ontisha, with importers who import from them having to now change their naira into Chinese currency. The trade war between USA and China is yet to begin.

The short truth is that, it will be bitter at the end. We pray for a better Nigeria and hopefully her leaders will do the right thing.

The Chinese are now preparing the grounds before the eventual full take over of Nigeria cheesy cheesy We warned the that buhari will sell Nigeria to them and give them change to niger republic but they didn't listen.

Anyways, the chinkos should stay clear of Biafran territories. We played no part in this government and our region has been fighting for autonomy since 1967.

On second thought, could it be that these fulani janja.weeds are trying to covertly handover Nigeria to China in a desperate attempt to prevent break up? If that's the plan then they have failed because it would even help to break it faster since the West will get involved and would do anything to prevent Africa's largest economy from being controlled by China.

With the loans, China already have nigeria by the jugular.

With their Bank, they will grow so fast and cripple other banks in Nigeria.

They have the money, tech and government support and will give far superior service but at the detriment of other banks.

From. Banks they will enter other sectors and full colonization will set in because we owe them and they also control our economy so when they misbehave we cannot talk.

Africans should wake up... China has already seized a Sri Lanka port for 99yrs because of a loan they couldn't pay...

I think they just want to takeover and dominate the economy, which is the way they operate. So you may be right in a way.

I imagine with this news the Nigerian banks must be peeing in their pants because the competition for customers transactions is going to be top notch!

So, Nigerian banks that you know abroad does what? Chinese banks coming here is to jeopardize our economy. If you don't understand, try to read more.

It is to their own advantage. They want to kill Nigerian economy. Just as simple as that.

Just to tell you how selfish and protectionist Nigerians are. We have banks in our other countries, Nigerians also head political post and security agencies. Chinese should be allowed to thrive in Nigeria and we should stop complaining about colonization.

Men you guys are naive, study the Chinese mindset and then you would see their concealed intention from a thousand mile.

China wants colony outside the east asia periphery. A nation that is 45% made out of dry land, majority of populated places are along coastal areas and areas fed by majority dam network connected to the mekong river.

What do you think is happening in zambia now?? And how would you ever know when China controls their state media via acquisition as part of loan repayment deal.

Go look at the farms been controlled right now, it makes white farmers in south africa and zimbabwe look like a saint. What's happening in zimbabwe?? White farms taken from whites by mugabe now been given to chinese grin

What's happening in kenya, tanzania and why are their citizens saying no more!!!
Why do you think terrorist carried out attack on chinese citizens in pakistan??

China is using the hitler playbook, export the lowest and poor of the communities to third world nation's to at least give them a fighting chance.

Hitler exported thousands and poor germans to Namibia and mostly southern african region. This then prop up his hitler as saviour of germany, eradicating poverty and making germans rich...

It came with first let's build something then let's settle here then let's protect our interest, then enforcement of our right in form of free trade.

The same china is doing in a very sophisticated manner.

Here is what is driving their mindset in africa

Their agricultural revolution is not as efficient as they project because they heavily depend on imports from USA, Australia, indonisia along with some major rice exporting nation.

When they placed import ban on some australia agricultural products, what did you think was the effect? It affected Australia short term because india stepped in and absorb the volume. Chinese citizens hated that move because the scarcity affected their value chain from importers to wholesalers.

Let me tell you one way of looking through things, when China places a ban on an agricultural products from a country have it in mind that they can't produce those products in mass quantity. So they want to use position as major buyer as economic leverage.

Everyone is talking about china china but one thing everyone must know, is that african market is insignificant to their grand scheme of things.

India along side usa and europe are their target markets it's the reason they fear any form of cold war with the west. They always accusing the america of wanting to start a cold war.

When india ban all their app in india what was the resultant effects in their digital economy back in china?

Lastly you must know when China uses it population to brag, their isn't really any substance there because they have lived an isloatory live for 100s of years.

This will be so GOOD.
If that is done, anyone can pay money to Chinese firms using their ABC account. It will be good for business and it will reduce demand in dollar too cos anyone can go to the bank and pay yuan equivalent with naira equivalent. Thereby bypassing the dollar.

Nigeria banks have branches in several countries too, so I don't know the fear of some people that China want to buy Nigeria.
Is Nigeria even worth buying again?

CBN may not be quick to acknowledge this, informal Yuan-Naira direct conversion is already helping many importers at Trade fair and Alaba. I think it may be a good idea to have a local Chinese bank where Chinese companies can be paid in Yuan with naira equivalent; rather than routing USD payments through NewYork every time.

All you need to do is observe happenings on the international scene and see how the major players are moving.

Even in Africa, see what China is doing penetrating the society in a slow way. If you haven't noticed it, now wild be a good time to open your eyes, look around and observe what's going on.

China is spreading their influence, and thus their power

No, I don’t need to see anything. Do you know how many European banks and US banks in Nigeria? Do you know how many SA banks here? I guess we have long been colonized by their respective countries as well right?
Do you know that if I make a wire transfer to US it gets to US same day? Why is that?
Do you know that if I make the same wire transfer to China, it takes forever. Why is that also? If you don’t know the answer, you can continue with your position of colonialism washed into your mind by the media.
Right thinking business men who does business with China and Asia will see this as a welcome development.

Stop saying trash, if you believe that China is coming to fight corruption for you or to make Nigeria better, then it shows how ignorant you are.

China is never bothered about how a country runs its space provided they're having their way. If the president and his cronies like, let them kill a million innocent people and loot their central Bank of every bank note, they won't flinch! It's even the West you're demonizing that will demand for human rights and good governance.

Stop decieving yourself. The Chinese invasion of Nigeria is 100% to their benefit and Nigeria will be the loser in so many areas. Giving you money to build a couple of infrastures and knowing you won't be able to pay back then using it as excuse to seize your entire existence is a cunning way of feeding you only to own you totally. Won't it be better for you to starve a while while seeking for ways to improve your life than taking food from a stranger who will end up making you a slave?

Unless to work as laborers and servant's. They don't value Negroes as smart and knowledgeable "humans" esp African ones. They only flow with the rulling class because they can't take Africa by force if not, they would have shown Africans what they really thought of them. Our leaders know this but the love of money has overcome the need for dignity in the minds of our leaders
