In this particular case, no priming was done on the outside walls. This is because we had always had plans to paint with Texcote paints from the start. In places where we paint with silk, matt or other types of emulsion paints, screeding of outside walls is most recommended. Thanks.

Is it not necessary to add sealant even if full tiling will be done? I intend doing full tiling for bathroom/toilet, but kitchen will have full tiling at kitchen cabinets side and halve/low tiling on other sides.

In some of the kitchens I have done, we always have full tiles coverage round the kitchens. I last bought a parker of sealant for N2,500. 5 kilograms.

The aluminum doors don't look too nice but the plastic doors are quite expensive.

There's, nothing wrong with using normal wooden doors, just make sure to treat it with oil paints, and maintain the painting after every few years, bathrooms can be a place where water is poured almost daily, and it causes the decay of unprotected wood. Thanks.

Everything ceilings are very costly as at now. The cost of POP cement and other items is getting higher daily, plus the amount for workmanship. The designs for commercial buildings should be very plain, devoid of may complicated styles that consume too much material, and yet stylish to attract high paying tenants.
