We didn't need so much filling sand when we built the house, besides the idea of digging the well has not been agreed on by then.

Yes, I have given instructions that the temporary building I built with roofing sheets be dismantled so I can use some of this filling soil to fill the compound space behind the manual borehole.

We will start dismantling the batcher today.

Wow this country is so bless, wealth everywhere. Imagine hitting SHALE at below 70 feet depth, when in some other part of the world they may have to go deep as 3 miles and tunnel below ground.

We are just too blessed, I don't know how long it will take for us to get the right leaders that can use our resources to build the country.

Works will move with more speed here as from tomorrow, as we worknom the compound floor, the walls of the fence, and the manual borehole.

Then we constructed this metal contraption, this is a measured metal.pan folded to fit the size of the well, with this, we can cast concrete walls into the well to make for a firm wall as they tunnel into the ground..........

We have started plastering the fence walls, after propping the fence height to make it taller...........

Please spyder, Why do you have to chose the push out window instead of the sliding window since is a rental apartment. Does using a push out window have any cost advantage in a building for rental purpose.
Someone said that the slide window needs a lot of maintenance which I doubt, is it true because I am confused about the type of window to chose for my rental apartment.

The casement window, (push out) is usually more costly to buy when compared to the sliding types, but the argument is that if you want to collect more rents, you have to install relatively better fitting in a high end rental apartment.

That's why we installed this type of windows as against the sliding type windows. Thanks.
