UNLEAVENED BREAD ORIGINATED IN AFRICA

Speaking like someone who has traveled the
world, and someone who appreciates good
and tasty food, i must admit that the best
unleavened bread in the world are the Eastern
African Chapati, the word Chapati is a Kiswahili word for flatbread, Kiswahili is a
language deriving from various Bantu
languages (Kabiru). Bantu are the people of
the book.

Bantu ancestors made mkate and Chapati
from a variety of crops they grew themselves. This is not news because that's where
unleavened breads truly originated from.
Bantu are historically known as the investors
of agricultural farming, they have been
growing crops for thousands of years and
expanded this skill throughout Africa and the
rest of the world.

History tells us that the Caucasian race didn't
appear until 700 BCE, before then they were
living in caves eating raw meat, meanwhile,
the world's greatest civilisations were already
in place, and when they brutally invaded
Africa, they did not only steal her people, they
also stole her culture, knowledge, languages,
spirituality, music, foods among many other
important things.
