Nigeria is a failed nation and is at war with itself

So since tanks have being moved to Ibadan...where did u see it being used live in Ibadan... Hope u can tell the differences between a tank and an armored fighting vehicle (APC) or MRAP..cuz am pretty sure MRAPS or APC were moved but many Nigerians still refer to them as tanks (probably out of ignorance)....

Now to the issue here..the army can't deploy it equipment let say from it major depot at ojo,
Lagos to let say the NE All at once..it common sense...
So they do it from base to base...probably from ojo barrack or the Lagos to port to the barrack at Ibadan... Den it begins another movement to another base until it reaches it destination in the NE, NW or anywhere else...

This how it done worldwide.. Even the brand new a 29 super tucano that the airforce received were flown from the US to multiple airports in different countries before landing in kano..
Even if alaafin or the governor not to talk of so called maliafa should die...why should that have any impact on how the army choose to move it equipment.... After all the movement isn't the issue but where it will used...so question.. Where did u see it being used in Ibadan...in short since 1914 when have battle tanks been used in Ibadan..

And even if it was deployed to ibadan...is DAT a crime or what with ur guilty conscience..or ur saying army can't move it own equipments to it own base again..or what..

Nigerians are too sentimental over simple things that are not even issues in the first place
Crossroad1:
oga, the reason am replying non challantly is because whatever argument you put up is not making any sense..
Maliafa said some things and in the space of some days, he died..
Tanks were moved to ibadan not through ibadan.
Things have been happening under this useless administration especially underground..

The terrorist in the NE or bandits in the NW ..are they external aggressors...if ur ideology is correct..then police should be the only force fighting terrorist then....use ur head..the military can intervene in any security issue that local police can't handle....
Terrorists in the north want a country to be governed with Islamic Sharia criminal laws.

Secessionists in the south object to inclusion in a country to be governed with Islamic Sharia criminal laws.

It’s left for the political class to sort out the demands of the Islamic terrorists and secessionists.

These are not problems to be sorted out by Nigeria armed forces, unless they send the soldiers to kill off the secessionists so that the Islamic terrorists have their way.

I've always had a problem with this practice of our military personnel releasing statements to the public of holding a news conference to address the public.
I think that is a wrong way to go in terms of interacting with the citizenry. We are in a democratic governed society were civilians are in power. Having the military freely dispense messages to the nation in any form shows a wrong signal, and leaves a door open for rogue soldiers to feel overly empowered and have a desire to plan a coup.

This message should have been announced by a minister or any other government official in the Buhari government.

Thank you, at least someone here is making a lot of sense..
They love seeking attention like local celebrities and want people to hear their names like rugged Abacha, IBB, and our politicians..

We are looking for ways to demilitarized our society and psyche, not this rubbish

He SAID THE EXERCISES WILL RUN CONCURRENTLY IN 2, 6, 81 AND 82 DIVISIONS AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES (AOR) AND IN THE SOUTHWEST, SOUTH-SOUTH AND SOUTHEAST REGIONS, RESPECTIVELY.

The scheme is so glaring but believe, they can only try, they won't succeed.

Tanks were moved into Ibadan and some other southwest states some months ago, they were covered so people won't know what they were carrying but we saw it.
No matter the exercise you people wants to carry out, the northern part needs it more

They r working towards 2023. The North doesn't want to relinquish power, so they r preparing to clamp down any agitation or call to pull out of Nigeria by Southerners in 2023.

And some people are still allowed to be posting false information here?!

Even if the Army say they want to deal with all terrorists in the east and the north,
How is that a problem to you guys?
Are you happy with all the innocent igbos being killed by those animals called Igbos/unknown gunmen?
Are you happy with the businesses of the hardworking igbo mothers being perished by these miscreants cos they decided to come our to look for their daily bread.

That there is carnage in Kaduna and Niger does not mean that the Federal Government should allow the East to join the carnage. Last week alone, over 15 innocent Nigerians were murdered by terrorists in Anambra alone. Should we continue like this? It is only a criminal that should be afraid of military exercise meant to wipe out criminals in his environment. I just pray that this exercise is sustained until the last terrorist in the East dispatched to hell by the Army. If Hausa Fulani North can tolerate daily killings, I want to tell you that no true born Igbo with Igbo blood running in his vein will take it, we don't give birth to battalion of children like the Northerners and that is why the death of one Igbo man in the hands of home grown terrorist is more of a genocide against every Igbo man. And any Igbo that supports the degree of Bloodshed going on in the East is of doubtful parentage.
I agree with you but this same government sent the army to kill innocent protesters in the #EndSARS. You don't need to be a criminal before the Nigerian state kills you.

What is happening in the East has nothing to do with IPOB or ESN if that is what you think it is. I am a full-blooded Anambra boy and the death of Dr. Akunyili pained me but I am smart enough to know that it was not IPOB or ESN that has hand in it, having seen what these evil politicians did to members of my generation during #EndSARS. If you follow what happened then, you would understand what I am talking about EXCEPT you did not follow the happenings of EndSARS.

Nigeria on its own, as a country, by default and naturally, IS A KILLING MACHINE. You do not need to be a criminal before the system will send it's machines after you.

a nationwide operation and its Enugu that they choose their nation wide, I am panicking because we know how the Nigeria military behave especially when they have mission.

If you are not a terrorist you don't need to panic cos rule and order have to be restored where necessary. We are not living in a lawless society or rather shouldn't be comfortable living in a lawless society.

Thank God that the time has come. Freedom is near. Without the army, the terrorist government becomes powerless. Brace up guys for the collision. History is about being made. Those who will survive are not more important than those that will go. Everyone of us are very important for the freedom of our land and the destiny of our people. Slavery is not an option neither is being a second class citizen in the land of your ancestors.
God bless Biafrans and bless other freedom fighters.
