Really sounds like an intractable situation. A reset is needed like with SA in 1994 when democracy began and all the white racists were taken out of all the institutions and transformation goals set up, based on non-racialism and nepotism.

But first there needs to be a political revolution in Nigeria for that to be achieved. SA's current institutions came about as a result of a revolution as well.

False. Apartheid basically means "Apart-hood", meaning even development was separate. Post 94 development is spread out. You guys need to read more about SA and it's history.
