Individual performance should win the award. Jorginho is not spectacular.....Kante had a better season. The only reason Jorginho is even in this discussion is because of the UCL and Euro not because he performed any better.

People easily forget that the Ballon D'or isn't a team award or an award for the trophies you won with your team. Ballon D'or is an individual award.
