With this coyo (color) blue CCTV imagery, it would be tough figuring out who the man is. He is even putting on face mask.

If CCTV can capture the man from another angle and show his car’s plate number, police can begin investigation from there.
Better still, if there is another shop around there that has CCTV, police can request playback of those other shop’s CCTV.
