The red pill term was derived from the 1999 movie; The Matrix. In one scene the main character, Neo was offered a choice between the red pill and the blue pill. The red pill had the power to show him the “truth of reality”, and the blue pill would lead him back to ignorance, preventing him from seeing the harsh truth of reality.

This term has become popular amongst social media manosphere, consisting of a bunch of men who believe that “taking the red pill” shows them how to become “real men” and how women should be treated. It is dangerous and really just a guideline to misogyny.

Apart from that, I will be listing a bunch of reasons why this ideology makes no sense whatsoever and reducing it to what it actually is; misogynistic rubbish.

Now, there’s probably some guys who associate themselves with “redpillers” and use their terms because they don’t see it for what it is but sorry to break it to you.

Getting into it.

The belief that women lose “high quality men” as they age:
Now, one would have to carry out research to come up with this “fact” right? Secondly, what you consider “high quality” might not be high quality to a woman. For example, these “redpillers” believe they’re high quality men, but to me they’re not. So, while you’re thinking “high quality men” stopped talking to a woman, she’s probably thinking that she lost low quality men and that’s good for her. It’s called preference. Also, for every woman who would tell you men stopped talking to her as she grew older, there’s another that’ll tell you more men have been talking to her as she grew older because our realities are not the same.

Women have a sexual market value that declines as they age;
Once again, a “fact” that wasn’t based on research.
First of, human beings are not inherently sexual. You chose to reduce women to sexual objects and that’s one you. So no. Women do not have a sexual market value because we do not even exist for your pleasure in the first place. Not sure how the male ego will handle that.

Alpha males;
This term was initially used by an American biologist to describe the social behavior IN THE ANIMAL KINGDOM, not in humans. The term was later adopted by the media to describe rich and influential men like Bill Gates and Elon Musk, but then it was discarded and readopted by this manosphere. In reality, there’s no such thing as an alpha male. If they were, he would be leading a pack of men and not trying to dominate women with force and aggression. You’re not an alpha, you’re a clown.

The “real man” and the “real woman”;
the dominant/ masculine male and the submissive/ feminine female.
Dominance is not a male trait, just as submission is not a female trait. These are individual traits. If it’s not there, it’s not there. We see feminine men who love to wear “female clothes” and put on makeup just as we see women who “walk like men”. They exist and they’re normal, no matter how we want to convince ourselves otherwise. This alone debunks the idea that a real man is one who is masculine and dominant, while a real woman is submissive and feminine. The existence of a “real man” implies the existence of a fake man. Who’s a fake man then? No one is in the position to tell anyone they’re not good enough to be called men or women. You cannot take anyone’s manhood/womanhood away from them.

Men become more attractive to women while women become less attractive to men. Maybe your taste in women is just rooted in pedophilia? If you say it’s because men make money and become independent as they age...well, that’s the same way that young guys chase after and marry rich old white ladies. So we can agree it’s not about gender but about wealth? Okay.

I think that women should try as much a possible to avoid anyone who uses terms associated with the red pill because they’re dangerous and sexist. In reality, they’ll try to hide it just to get you( because they’ll only bold enough to be that with other men) but eventually it manifests.

How to tell:

1. They use terms like alpha male, beta male, sigma, simp, sexual market value (smv), prime, high value, masculine male etc

2. Constantly talking down single mothers, divorced women, black women(comparing us with other races)

3. Constantly harassing women online and threatening with singleness; “you’re going to be an old cat lady living all alone”

4. Constantly trying to justify women’s bad experiences; “men are allowing bad things happen to women because they want equal rights”

5. Constantly trying to prove that men are better than women; “man is the prize”

6. Constantly making fun of men who are nice to women. Calling them simps or weak men. For example, Prince Harry is a simp for protecting his wife against racism and choosing her over a royal position. Russell Wilson is a simp for marrying a single mother etc

7. Constantly trying to debunk feminism; you’d find them in movements like men’s rights activists. Men Going Their Own Way(MGTOW)...they’re all a part of the manosphere.

8. Encouraging predatory behaviors. Because they believe women have a sexual market value, they encourage older men to target girls who are way younger. Also because they believe younger girls are easy to manipulate and brainwash.

9. All they talk about are sex, relationships, marriage. What type of men girls like to bang, and what type of men(simps) girls don’t like to bang. Almost as if they have been girls before lol

10. Constantly preaching to women about what they should do with their lives. You’ll see them telling women not to choose their career over men because men don’t really like independent women. Or that women should choose marriage before anything because “one day you’ll start losing eggs”.

11. Shaming women for natural things like menopause and aging. Also shaming women for wanting love Eg “old newspaper”, “you’ll end up in Shiloh”

12. Projecting their fears on women. Eg “you’ll die alone”, “no one will marry you”

13. Refer to women as females. They hardly ever say “girls” or “women”

I personally think that redpillers are closeted Incels. They hate women because they incapable of finding a romantic partner (of their choice), and so they become the thing that they think will bring them women; masculine, aggressive, spiteful...because “girls prefer bad boys” right? It’s ironic that they constantly sh*t on “simps” for being nice to girls but at the same time, become the thing they believe girls will choose over simps. I also think they’re insecure about their masculinity. They believe there’s only one way to be a man and they must achieve that, and they’ll cuss out other men who refuse to be that way.
