Bro, do u how much is manual clipper? There is one that looks like a plier that i would like to buy but i don't know weda it still exist. Presently, I do use a bladecomb to barb myself.

The manual clipper is Not in the market. There are different grades of rechargeable clippers. Wahl clippers are now expensive. You can go for those Chinese brand, Less than 10k.

Check this out.... I am also planning to buy a trimmer(Andis T Outliner or Wahl Detailer). Both are expensive though but worth it.

It's 23k now. I bought it 8k as at 2013(nigeria is becoming useless). It came with only guard 1,2,3,4. Currently looking for Guard 0, ½, and 1½
