Soludo is comfortable with the fact that Obiano is the best Anambra Governor ever, Obiano gave Anambra a world class international airport, conference center, increased Anambra IGR from 500million monthly to over 2billion monthly and lots more. Including never owing workers. Those are more important to Soludo than any phantom savings which is unverifiable
