Hello Everyone,
On our tracker, i saw COPR expiry date as march next year. My medicals is valid until then. but my wife's medical exopires by May 22 2024 (this year)

Does this mean we can travel anytime before march next year? or we have to land before her medicals expires?

PNP on its own is 600 point. How can you think 500+ is pnp? Maybe sibling factors and job offer is helping with French, ielts, eca and age max. 🤷🏼

Yes it's the PNP folks...

You do know that there are people with less scores 200-399 in the pool a... Adding 600 gives 900 up to 1000+ points...
To get that 549, for an outlander the candidate will be single, under 30, have a masters, max out English, CLB 7 french, AND have a PR or citizen sibling in Canada?
Now between someone getting a PNP to add to their score and this profile, which do you think is more feasible to attain?

Definitely such persons exist, but scores like that will pick up mostly PNPs in the pool.

Omo see STEM draw that I was hoping on, this people cut CRS of 491.
Why do other category based draw have lower CRS points than STEM?
My CRS score is 480, and I turn 30 in December.
is there hope?
Abi make I go Start to learn french.

Simple. There are a lot of STEM NOCs in the pool. I was pleasantly surprised at the number called.
If you fit learn French, even if you don't get a CLB 7, it'll add some points to your CRS, hopefully enough the STEM draw.

Please brothers and sisters. I have
L 5.5
R 5.5
W 6.5
S 7.5
6.5 band score
I'm a real estate agent, I'm applying for PR through express entry. Please what's my chance🙏

You'll need at least a Band 6 in each section to be able to enter the pool.
I believe you should rewrite, aiming for at least 8777 and above in LRSW to maximize your score.

Hello everyone, please i have a question about category based draws.

Does the masters degree have to align with the category based draws?

For instance someone with a dregree in International Relations wants to use Trade Noc (interior design decorator)

Thanks

I have done IELTS exam a couple of times and my lowest in listening has always been 8. I've even gotten 9 a few times too.

I can tell you that there's no shortcut or trick in listening. You just have to be calm, clear headed, don't second guess or even dwell on your previous answers. Only write what you heard and never assume.

I've attached a few of my test results.

Just incase you're wondering why I've written so many. I initially wanted to write and keep pending when I'll need it but I later wrote more tests just for the fun and challenge myself to see if I could max out all.

If you need help. I can probably put you through.

Hello my people,

Please what can someone do again, asides, calling IRCC customer service and sending webforms, AoR has been since 29th Nov 2023, no BIL or MEP yet?

Haaaa...... When you call them, what do they say is happening on your application?

What's your GCKey saying?

Have you ordered GCMS notes?

I did jupeb but didn't use it for my evaluation. instead i use my pre degree/ degree foundation for the evaluation.

so if you wrote jupeb did you do like a foundation school before it for your 100 level? then use that instead.

thank you.

No, for the JUPEB, after the program, you apply for direct entry with it and gain admission into 200level. But I’ve gotten the transcript sent to Wes though, remaining my bsc. I don’t know what’s wrong with Unizik.

But WES evaluation is CAD$241

Hi, please how did you get the JUPEB transcript for someone who did JUPEB at Unizik?

Actually it was also for the bragging right. Back story is that I was writing alongside my wife(a nurse) who needs it more. So just to encourage her that there's nothing there and also to brag at home since it was still affordable not too long ago.

Good day, everyone. Please, I need an answer to this knotty question. An Express Entry applicant recently obtained a provincial nomination and got an ITA few days later. This applicant has a sibling in Canada, but they are both not in good terms. The applicant is unsure if the sibling is a PR. The applicant asked, but the sibling refused to declare his status whether or not he has PR. The applicant is not desperate to use the sibling's status in Canada to increase CRS points, but she wants to be sure she's being truthful to IRCC, to avoid being accused of misrep.

How can the applicant navigate this challenge? What if the applicant states that the sibling is not PR, but IRCC records reveal otherwise? Any way out? The sibling is not willing to disclose his status to the applicant/sister, talk less of providing her with documents to support the claim later on.

Gurus in the house, thanks in advance.

This is dicey. I say, answer yes and add a letter of explanation stating that they are not on good terms and cannot confirm their residency status as the sibling has refused to disclose the information.

Since she has PNP, losing sibling points will have little effect. That's great. An LOE is the solution. Add your birth certificate, an old photo, etc. But make sure to state that you're including the sibling in your application to not misrepresent but you are not requesting points for it. State that you're presently not in good communication and are not aware of their residential status.

The LOE, would it be sent by webform or another means?
