To my analysis the wing of the plane at the safest place to sit because mostly when a plane crashes it is Ida head first or tail first which touches the ground. Also seat where the wing is the area which has the most aluminium in constructing the plane and is the strongest part of the plane

You have to understand some construction when a building is collapsing it does not collapse at the same speed as you jumping off the building the building collapse at a much slower speed so the roof is much safer to be on as long as something does not fall on you. And when the excavator comes at the rescue they always start from the roof they never stop looking for people from the basement

Just like an airplane, some people claim the tail end is safer than the front seat but to me nowhere is safe during disaster.
