After the VP, Yemi Osinbajo, and the owner of Elizade Motors, Michael Ade Ojo, have denied the report by Sahara Reporters, alleging some links between them and Femi Osibona's collapsed Ikoyi towers, I expect the SR to re-report their story for facts to challenge the two individuals. Otherwise, SR should act with responsibility and honour to bring down the story and offer apology to Osinbajo, Ade Ojo, and the misled public. The two may also seek court actions.

In Nigeria, we like to describe how hostile the country is to press freedom. But the truth is that Nigerian media outlets/journalists can literally get away with anything and this is rarely possible in any advanced country that we like to cite as some beacon of free press.

Journalism wields enormous power but in our exercise of this power fairness and facts must be held sacred.

Let Sahara Reporters go and produce both smoke and the fire in court to defend themselves.
Don't be stuck on idiocy.

That short pasta is a thief and a shameless liar.

Dragging Sahara reporters to court won't stop the fact that he owns those buildings - the collapsed one inclusive.

Hope you can prove it in a law court bcoz it's cheap to allege but the onus of proof is always difficult.

Is it his duty to tell you?, go to Alausa Ikeja Lagos State & go & find out the owner, it is public records, or you think you will get the information by daydreaming in that your hamlet by the Onitsha River?

If not, why would any rational man want to waste time and resources suing a media house that is not even based in Nigeria? undecided

Lol make him go New York go find them na.

All these distraction tactics. We know you are connected to Femi Osibona. His brother was your PA. It is true that you own multiple properties in the area so it is not far fetched to believe that you had an interest in this particular building too.

Fake pastor. Deputy to a evil and reckless leader.

Very stupid news paper grin
First of all, Sahara Reporters is not a newspaper. Get your facts straight. It’s a news website ok. Please tell us any news paper or website your family or town person owns. Until then, just be quiet because Osinbajo is actually a fake pastor and figure head VP and that’s one of the many reasons why Tinubu is trying to take an opportunity that should have been for him. So, hush lipsrsealed

Just listen to yourself, the VP should tell us the owner of the building?

Are you okay?

When has it become his schedule to go to Land Registry for such information?

A citizen has the right to seek legal redress for defamation of character.

It is up to Sowore to delete the lie or present factual evidence for his claims.

Firstly Sowore is not even with Sahara anymore so get your facts right.

Secondly they are based in New York so how does he plan to sue them from here?

All these are just an attempt to distract us. There is credibility to that story.
