This is what is happening in Owerri every day. I was at control post yesterday when one white hilux van with no plate number neither did it have police name written on it, driven by 4 policemen on mufti followed a Lexus ES 330 compelling the young boy to stop. One of the policemen had dread while the other looked like an armed robber While they were negotiating with the boy, they stopped another car. This time it was a tinted Benz Glk SUV with no number. It seems like the guy was a military personnel because he was released immediately while they continue to delay the young boy on ES 330 until he placed a call.
